GeniePSM was created to bring simplicity back into your supply chain management. But just how did we get here? This is our story.

 

The founder of GeniePSM began his career in the Purchasing Department of a UK cookware company. In this fast-paced role, he learned about all aspects of supply chain management, including purchasing, fulfilment, and expediting, in a demanding, high-pressure environment. As he worked to learn the ropes, his entrepreneurial mind was also asking a barrage of silent questions along the way. 

 

Was there a better way to do this? Surely other companies were facing these same challenges, yet without the resources to solve them. Yet, with so many moving parts and so many hands stirring the pot, how can SCM crises be avoided? 

It seemed mind-blowing that just one misstep in the supply chain could create a domino effect of lost productivity, delayed shipping times, and ultimately, dissatisfied customers. There had to be a way to give small business owners the tools to do the work, without actually doing the work. Because who has time to handle SCM when you’re trying to run a business?
